      1. According to the Bible, how old is the earth?
        1. Millions of years old
        2. About 6000 years old
        3. About 10,000 years old
        4. The Bible doesn't say how old the earth is.
        1. The Bible doesn't say anything about the age of the earth.

      2. According to the Bible, on what day are we supposed to worship?
        1. It doesn't matter to God what day we worship.
        2. On Sunday, because it's the Lord's Day.
        3. On Saturday, because that's the Sabbath day.
        4. On Sunday, because THAT'S the Sabbath day.
        1. "Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ."

          Colossians 2:16-17

Christians today usually meet together on Sunday (believed to be the day Jesus resurrected). But this is only a tradition- the teaching of the Bible makes it clear that there is no "right" or "wrong" day to meet for church.

      3. According to the Book of James, true religion is...
        1. Worshipping on the correct day.
        2. Keeping the 10 Commandments as much as I can.
        3. Caring for those in need and being pure in heart before God.
        4. A corporation that sells trendy jeans for $300.
        1. "Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."

          James 1:27

      4. According to Jesus' teachings, how do we find God?
        1. By following our hearts.
        2. By trying hard to be as good as we can.
        3. Only through Jesus Himself.
        4. By following whatever religion we like the most.
        1. "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

          John 14:6

      5. Where is Satan?
        1. In Hell
        2. On Earth
        3. In Heaven
        4. Everywhere
        1. Satan is on the earth. According to the Bible, Hell is a place that Satan will be sent to when the world ends, as punishment. He is not looking forward to it.

          (1 Peter 5:8, 2 Cor. 4:4, Rev. 12:12)

      6. What is Satan's goal?
        1. To make you believe in him and worship him
        2. To prevent you from knowing or trusting Christ
        3. To keep you from going to church or being religious
        4. To get you to sin as much as possible
        1. "The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God."

          2 Cor. 4:4

      7. According to the Bible, who is good enough to get to heaven?
        1. People who have done more good deeds than bad deeds
        2. People who are faithfully religious
        3. Christians
        4. Nobody
        1. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."

          Romans 3:23

          See also Jer. 17:9, 1 Kings 8:46, Rom. 3:20, James 2:10

      8. How was most of the Bible written?
        1. God Himself wrote it on stone tablets
        2. Angels wrote it on golden tablets and buried them
        3. One person wrote it with God's help
        4. Over 40 people wrote it over a span of nearly 1500 years
        1. "For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 1 Peter 1:21

When the messages of certain apostles and prophets were clearly proven to have been inspired by God, paper copies were carefully made by scribes and repeatedly distributed and duplicated. The Bible was copied more times, and with greater accuracy, than any ancient writing.

      9. Which of the following is a teaching from the Bible?
        1. The sun goes around the earth
        2. The earth is flat and held up by pillars
        3. Rain falls from literal windows opening up in the sky
        4. People cannot move the planet
        1. "Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness.
Tremble before him, all the earth!
The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved."

          Psalm 16:29-30

Bible critics unfamiliar with the methods used to analyze literature often take scriptures filled with poetic language out of context (like the passage above) in order to pretend that the Bible makes false statements about science. But the standard view among biblical scholars is that the scriptures make relatively few scientific statements, and contain none of the "scientific absurdities" commonly found in religious texts and mythology.

      10. How many people get to heaven?
        1. Most people do, because people are basically good
        2. Only 144,000 people
        3. Relatively few people
        4. About a third, since about 1/3 of the world is Christian
        1. “For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." Matt. 7:13-14

Revelation 7 describes a gigantic crowd of millions of humans from all nations in heaven, but sadly this only represents a fraction of all the humans to ever live. According to the Bible, there are relatively few saved.

      11. What does the Bible say about slavery and forced labor?
        1. It's a terrible sin, just like murder and other deadly sins
        2. It's okay to have slaves as long as you feed and house them
        3. You can have slaves as long as you pay them something
        4. The Bible says nothing about the institution of slavery
        1. "...for murderers...for slave traders and liars and perjurers..." 1 Tim. 1:9-10

"The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty." James 5:4

The Bible's teachings on labor make it clear than no one should work as a slave or for an insufficient wage, and that God will severely punish slave traders and buyers.

Some of Paul's writings refer to slaves and masters, but these are references to the Roman Empire's system of slavery, in which slaves were often criminals sentenced to do labor as punishment.

      12. According to the Bible, how does a person get to heaven?
        1. By knowing and trusting Jesus
        2. By following their heart
        3. By accepting Christianity as their religion
        4. By being as good as possible
        1. "Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners...I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life." 1 Tim. 1:15-16

According to the Bible, humans are all sinners, and Jesus died on the cross to make forgiveness available to us. That gift of forgiveness is received through believing in, trusting, and knowing Christ.
